Banquet: These chairs are light and portable. A number of casual restaurants with small outlets use banquet chairs for serving the customers. Such chairs can easily be carried by the people around the space so it can be placed wherever they want. A number of food courts use these chairs where a large crowd is served. Restaurants like Dhaba by claridges also use these chairs where people sit outdoor in uneven numbers.
Patio: These are concrete stone slabs which run across the walls of the restaurants providing seats to the customers. Unlike typical dining arrangement, where one chair is meant for one individual, patio arrangement can accommodate different numbers of people together. This also saves a lot of space.
Party: Party chairs are mostly used in bars and clubs, meant for small parties and celebrations. These are less like chairs and more like stools. These stools are generally accompanied with padded seats and are best for lounges and reception areas of restaurants.
